Driven by an ambition to improve the efficiency and strenght of Engineers and companies in the high-tech and precision engineering sector. Kristian Snel familiarized himself with Product lifecycle management in Radfeld, Austria where he dreamed of the combination of IT and Engineering in an efficient and personal aimed manner.
From Electrical engineering to improving design processes
Starting his career at Alten Netherlands, a consultancy company aimed at the high-tech industry located in Eindhoven. His first assignment at Demcon Advanced Mechatronics showed a challange when dealing hardware design and prototyping. Working together in a team, documenting and benefitting the teams result came naturally. Quality management specially important in Medical solutions form a important basis of his documenting skills.

Kristian Snel has been working in the electrical engineering sector in and around Eindhoven since 2020. He emphasizes system design processes and enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop complex solutions. From concept design to prototype testing, his focus lies in documenting the process to ensure project success. He incorporates Scrum and the V-model for a modern engineering approach. In 2021, he relocated to Austria to enhance his technical knowledge and cooperation skills while also furthering his proficiency in the German language.
